Rural delivery & service areas

Rural deliveries have an additional surcharge based on distance, including orders of $69 and over. Some areas may not be served. Contact us before ordering to confirm delivery availability and get a shipping quote for your address.

Order processing time

Most orders are dispatched the same day if received before 3pm. Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays. If we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, delivery may be delayed by a day. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll contact you by email or phone.

International delivery

We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Dispatch confirmation & tracking

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number(s). Tracking is usually active within 24 hours.

Returns policy

Our full Return & Refund Policy explains all options and procedures for returning your order. Our voluntary 90-day return offer covers unused, unopened items, subject to the fees and exceptions in that policy. Our additional cartridge warranty lasts 3 years; statutory rights remain unaffected.
